1. Click on the circle user icon to access your functions.
2. Select 'Manage Users'
3. Input the user's name, email address and role.
4. Click 'back to site' to cancel the authorization, or click 'Add user' to complete the authorization.
5. After clicking 'Add user' a window will pop up showing the most recently added user. Warning: clicking on the red x icon will delete the user's account.
6. Fill out the Off Roster form. It can be found here. If this form is filled out incorrectly, the user may experience difficulties accessing personal views or may report "error fetching data".
7. Notify the new user that they can now begin the registration process. Step by step instructions for registering can be found here.
